Paul J. Soler

Paul J. Soler, C.P.A. graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.  He joined the firm in 2018, bringing 18 years of experience working for large national and regional accounting firms.  Paul is in charge of the firm's assurance services group, which includes audits, reviews, and compilations of for-profit and non-profit entities, as well as audits of employee benefit plans.

Paul specifically focuses on clients in the healthcare, manufacturing, construction, and real estate industries.  Additionally, Paul has extensive experience providing service to employee benefit plans, which include 401K profit sharing plans, defined benefit pension plans, cash balance plans, and employee stock ownership plans.

Paul is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Connecticut Society of CPA's. 

Paul currently serves on the board of, and is the treasurer for the Noah Webster House, Inc.  He is a past member of the Wethersfield Academy for the Arts.  Additionally, he currently is a member of the CTCPA Employee Benefit Plan Special Interest Group, where he served two terms as the chair of the group and has been a past instructor for their annual benefit plan conference.
