Gary F. Clayton

Gary F. Clayton, C.P.A. graduated from Fairfield University in 1972 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and became a certified public accountant in 1976.

Gary joined Teplitzky & Company in 2017 after practicing as a partner with Nestor & Clayton LLP for many years.  He has been providing tax return compliance, tax planning, accounting, business advisory services and overall guidance to his many closely-held business clients for more than 40 years.  Gary has extensive experience with a wide range of businesses including professional organizations, retailers, manufacturers and other service related entities.  Gary is also involved with the preparation of personal, trust and estate income taxes as well as offering personal tax and financial planning services. 

Gary is a long standing member of the Board of Directors for the Downtown Cabaret Theatre of Bridgeport and has served as the organization's treasurer for many years. 

Gary is a member of the American Insitute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants. 

Gary and his wife Lin reside in Easton with their cat Sprout.
